Operation Manager
Job description :
- Have Knowledge on Social commerce and e-commerce or market place management includes marketing strategies, product development, product branding, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends.
- Manage the Product, including product selection and supply chain management
- Constant development and improvement of ecommerce aesthetic to ensure maximal customer engagement;
- Customer satisfaction and LTV: including efficiently order fulfilment and customer support
- Collect the feedback from customers and utilise the product and website
Requirement :
- Fluent in English
- Minimum of 25 - Maximum 35
- 3-5-year experience in the business of social commerce /e-commerce/commodities;
- Have experience 2+ years handle E-commerce channel (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli & etc);
- Overall, the successful candidate should be a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and a results-driven professional with a passion for ecommerce and direct channel sales;
- Extensive experience as a social commerce or an e-commerce lead;
- Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies;
- Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce;
- Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills;
- Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities;
- Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
