Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed
our customers' expectations
• Be responsible for customer service, building, and equipment
management
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to deliver optimal
services
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
• Commit to CHSE (Cleanliness, Healthy, Safety, Environment Sustainability)
and Sapta Pesona Implementation
Job Requirements:
• Willing to be placed in Cisarua, Bogor Area
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management or equivalent and /
or must have minimum 3 years experiences in Hospitality Industry
(preferably have exposure working on 4-5 stars hotel or Recreation Park)
• Have a strong leadership, problem solving, analytical thinking,
communication skill and decision making
• Able to maintain communication with local government, social figures,
and local society
• Able to create and implement plans to increase service quality
• Have a good performance and good attitude
• Has strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in recreation
park
