Job Responsibilities:
- Instill trust, build, and maintain relationships with strategic industry and cross-functional partners.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the institution.
- Manage staffs and teachers.
- Create and develop the curriculum.
- Handle and process permits, make sure the institution is legally established.
- Identify and communicate key responsibilities and practices to achieve business targets.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Conversational English proficiency.
- Min 5 years of experience handling LPK operations, as headmaster or Operation Manager, experienced in administering permits and creating curriculum.
- Has BNSP certification.
- Good leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
