Qualification & Requirement :
- Min S1 (bachelor Degree) and speaking english fluently (speaking Chinese preferred)
- 10 years working experience same position which includes at least 3 years in managerial positions, preferably in FMCG (Food Industries).
- Have Knowledge Konjac/Analog rice production process/management knowledge include packaging is very advantage
- Provide leadership towards achievement of Company’s production objectives.
- Experience Plan and direct manufacturing activities to achieve agreed targets and standards for financial performance, quality, culture and regulatory compliance.
- To create, to lead and cultivate Continuous Operational Excellence culture within the Factory Operations Team.
- Monitor operational issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats, timelines and budgets.
- Set and manage key performance indicators for all production, maintenance, quality and safety teams
- Good exposure and sound knowledge in food manufacturing best practices, such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Certification quality, GMP, Halal and regulatory/permit
- Familiar other raw material product knowledge (Shorgum, Cassava, etc)
- Warehousing management, Exim Management & Transportation/logistic management
- Willing Placement in Probolinggo
