Job Description :
- Record the room reservation for meeting or other events in Building Management area based on online reservation system and manual form
- Record the facilities requisition for supporting meeting events based on online reservation system and manual form
- Keep to update the information about the changes of room or facilities to user
- Receive and document lost and found in the Building Management.
- Handle stock / non stock supplies, routine disbursement and petty cash to Procurement Department / Finance Division.
- Prepare and record expenses for community e.g. Polsek, RT, RW on a monthly basis.
- Provide the report of room and facilities utilization periodically.
- Provide the report of stock / non stock, routine disbursement and petty cash periodically.
- Filing all the documents related to Building Management.
Management Support Activities :
- Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
- Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
- Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.
Requirement :
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3)
- No working experience
