RESPONSIBILITES
- Make PIB draft shipments via ports and airports.
- Send documents to customs both online and offline regarding shipment.
- Monitoring and make sure shipment will running smoothly from arrival to SPPB.
- Monitor and update systems at local customs.
- Update exchange rates and improve PIB documents.
- Monitoring shipment needs after SPPB (Notul, NPD etc).
- Responsibility to ensure every Operational activity will run smoothly related with land transport & speedboat request.
- Responsibility to follow up instruction form Internal.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Maximum 40 years of age.
- Minimum D3 or S1 Logistics, Transport or other relevant major.
- Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in the past.
- Able to make PIB drafts simply.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in the English language.
- Honest, disciplined, proficient in communication, and capable of working under pressure.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
