Responsibilities
- Manage administrations, payment & billing, and claim potential data in the Operations Department.
- Send tracking data from each claimed Airway Bill (AWB)
- Prepare invoices for products claimed according to AWB
- Monitor the return of damaged insurance packages
- Monitor claim payments to sellers
- Monitor the collection of claims to the Area
- Monitor premium payments to insurance companies
- Monitor the collection of claims that have been approved by the insurance company
- Report which AWBs have been claimed and used as PRF to be billed to the area team
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics administration role.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
