Job Description Summary :

Create engagement for continuous improvement and lead improvement for unit KPI through CI

Job Description:

• Lead engagement activities to build continuous improvement culture an Refinery Unit
• Act as COE on CI Practices in Ref unit and endorse on using CI to address refinery unit's business issues
• Conduct CI Trainings in unit

Job Requirement:

• At least 5 years of working experience as Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement
• Good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
• Full-Time position(s) available.
