Job Description :
- Managing all aspects of field sales operations and the overall field marketing execution through the implementation of marketing & sales strategy to achieve Sales KPI
- maintain healthy & profitable business as ensuring trade & field marketing objectives within assigned Area are achieved
Requirement :
- Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience in sales, channel management, distribution and/or field trade marketing, of which 5-7 years in a managerial capacity, preferably with multinational Cigarette and FMCG Company.
- Proven track record in managing end to end sales business process including distribution strategy, trade & field marketing, financial & commercial aspects as well as inventory and logistic matters
- Experienced in leading sales team in both direct and indirect sales business model
- Willing to control Sumatera area
- Fluent in English
