Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Oversee the efficient operation of the complex, managing all aspects of venue, restaurant, and Coffee Shop operations, staff, and facilities.
- Develop and implement SOPs to maintain the highest standards in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and service.
- Drive strategies to maximize revenue and occupancies, ensuring profitability and financial growth.
- Foster a guest-centric culture, consistently delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.
- Develop strong relationships with company owners and partners, ensuring mutual satisfaction and collaboration.
- Implement marketing and sales initiatives to attract new clients and maintain high satisfaction levels among existing clients.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a luxury hotel, ballroom, etc
- Strong knowledge of luxury mice including housekeeping, F&B, guest services, and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record in driving high performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to analyze financial statements, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of market trends and competition, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of luxury and excellence.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian is prefered.
