Job Description:
Give suggestions for users through phone calls, social media, or email- Coordinate with relevant teams in Shopee to resolve problems experienced by users
- Collect users' aspirations and feedback for Shopee operational processes
- Analyse user experience reports and give suggestions for improvement
Candidates have at least a Diploma Degree in any major- Maximum 28 years old when recruited
- Passive English skills to communicate with English-speaking users
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
