Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Operations Manager to help us to Take the leadership roles in providing the following task : Production Engineer (Production Floor), Projects Engineer (Site Installation & HSSE) and Office Executive (Account, HR, Admin, Storehouse, Logistic and Purchasing)
Responsibilities:
Take the leadership roles in providing the following tasks:
HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMIN
• Provide a full range of HR services, including recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits administration, coordination of all training and education activities, and maintenance of the HR information systems.
• Ensure best practices, Indonesian Labor and Employment laws, company processes, HR policies and processes are complied.
• Recruitment of good talent to meet organizational manpower needs.
• Salary Admin/System Maintenance.
• Conduct accurate and timely payroll runs.
• Gather market information on compensation & benefits to structure competitive mix to attract and retain talent.
• Liaise with line departments, training institutions, consultants and government bodies on training matters.
• Liaise for local government agencies like Labor Department (Depnaker), Department of Environment, MIGAS, JAMSOSTEK, BPJS etc. Manage all the licenses and approvals requirements.
• Represent company as contact person with all the issue related to Labor Union (Serikat)
• Liaise and maintain good relationship with the neighbors and local communities surrounding the factory
PRODUCTION
• To plan, organize, direct and control manpower and equipment capacity to maximize utilization to meet the production schedules.
• To ensure daily/monthly output is achievable.
• To initiate problem-solving and trouble-shooting processes so as to reduce the production related problems and delays.
• To generate production daily and weekly reports, update specifications and work procedures.
• Ensure fullll compliance of HSE requirement ay factory and at sites. This includes good housekeeping of the factory, storage year and office.
• Ensure all SOPs especially on QC are followed in order to achieve and maintain high quality products and services all the time both at factory and sites
PURCHASING, STOREHOUSE & LOGISTIC
• Developing sound, cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of materials used in the business
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers while continually scouting for additional vendors
• Evaluating spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries
• Conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement
• Supervising a purchasing team and delegating tasks across departments when necessary
• To establish and implement systematic storehouse system and maximize JIT in manufacturing process
• Supervise daily storehouse activities, including inventory control and space management
• To generate weekly and monthly reports
• FINANCE & ACCOUNT
• Manage the daily activities of the financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)
• Prepare and monitor budget for the company
• Maintain good relationship with Tax Office and Tax Consultant. Ensure tax submission is done correctly and timely
• Ensure that all major company, month-end, and year-end report are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements:
Work Experiences and the person
• 10 years (or plus) of experience in managing operations of a business or factory.
• Strong responsibility, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to details
• Excellent time management and organization and skill in prioritizing
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Knowledge in Computer – good with Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.
