Position: Operations Manager
Job Description: PT.Mitra Tujuh Prakasa is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will play a key role in overseeing the operational aspects of our projects, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to operational management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operational activities of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budget.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize project performance and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the successful execution of project plans and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Oversee resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance measures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Analyze project performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement among project teams and stakeholders.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, empowering them to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Communicate regularly with senior management on project status, operational performance, and key issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management, preferably in the contracting or construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, make decisions, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
