Job Description:
- Create work plans and annual evaluations related to organization and talent.
- Monitor the organizational structure and changes required/made, regarding changes to each position and talent required.
- Monitor talent competency and performance, and recommend appropriate career development.
- Create talent programs that suit company needs and coordinate with related parties both internal and external to the company in carrying out talent development implementation activities.
- Make evaluations, analysis, documentation, recommendations for each program that has been carried out.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Having 7 years of experience in Organizational Development
- Experience managing talent management for at least 2 years
- Have good skills in project management and data management
