Job Description:
1. Compensation Analysis:
- Conduct market research to determine competitive salary and benefits benchmarks.
- Evaluate and analyze compensation structures to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Recommend adjustments to salary ranges and structures based on market trends.
2. Benefits Administration:
- Design and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements related to employee benefits.
- Assist in the enrolment process and provide support for benefits-related inquiries.
3. Job Evaluation and Classification:
- Evaluate and classify positions within the organization based on job responsibilities and requirements.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
4. Compensation Planning:
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Advise on incentive programs, bonuses, and other forms of variable compensation.
5. Compliance and Legal Requirements:
- Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and compliance issues related to compensation and benefits.
- Ensure that compensation and benefits practices adhere to legal requirements.
6. Freelance Consulting:
- Work independently on a project basis.
- Provide expertise and recommendations tailored to the specific needs.
7. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
- Generate reports and present findings to support decision-making processes.
8. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for improvement in compensation and benefits practices.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a compensation and benefits specialist or consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and HR best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
- Willing to work from office 10 days each month.
- Willing to work at Legok, Tangerang Area.
Education and Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) may be advantageous.
