Human Capital Compensation And Benefit Admin

Responsibilities: 

• Administer day-to-day HR tasks and maintain employee records. 
• Manage and execute various HR processes, including employment contract extension, employee letter (mutation, rotation, promotion, permanent)
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.  
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR and compensation.

 Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HR administration and Compensation and Benefits.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in Sunfish (HRIS) and Ms. Excel is a must -strong understanding of Excel formulas (IF, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot) is required.
• Strong understanding of HR process, include compensation benefit and payroll process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work. 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 
• Familiarity with current employment laws and regulations.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Willing to work in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.
