Responsibilities:
- Administer day-to-day HR tasks and maintain employee records.
- Manage and execute various HR processes, including employment contract extension, employee letter (mutation, rotation, promotion, permanent)
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR and compensation.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HR administration and Compensation and Benefits.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Sunfish (HRIS) and Ms. Excel is a must -strong understanding of Excel formulas (IF, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot) is required.
- Strong understanding of HR process, include compensation benefit and payroll process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with current employment laws and regulations.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Willing to work in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.
