Role Description

The Head ofHuman Capital & General Affairs will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources and General Affairs functions. This includes developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing day-to-day HR management.

This is an on-site role located in South Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) management skills
• Experience in developing HR policies and managing employee relations
• Experience with labor and employment law compliance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
