Responsibilities:
- Analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies Talent Development
- Maintain successor plan program
- Maintain organization development (update organization structure)
- Review and evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Maintain company high potential Talent Development program within integrated systems and manage the budget
- Monitor the completion of performance and competence appraisal forms
- Monitor the movement of staff (promotion and rotation)
- Ensure the collection of data and build pertinent reports and KPIs to follow-up and manage the performance and competency development of our Organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human resource, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Talent Development, organization development or culture people development in hospitality industry, with preference in airport services
- Proven experience in maintain succession plan
- Execute strategies and performance report analysis
- Passionate to help the employee and company in learn and growth process
- Excellent communication skill in English, written and verbal as well as presentation skill
- Work in International Airport Soekarno Hatta, Tangerang.
