Job Description:
- Responsible for end-to-end offering process for new employees in all business units (Corporate Office and Unit Hospital).
- Responsible for analyzing Compensation and Benefits for new employees based on policy and procedures.
- Define a fair, equitable, and competitive total Compensation and Benefits package to align with the company’s strategy and business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance Management / etc. from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Compensation and Benefits.
- Must have experience in salary negotiation with new employees.
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and Benefits.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Eager to learn and highly organized.
- Willing to be placed in Corporate Office, Serpong - South Tangerang
