Job Description:

• Responsible for end-to-end offering process for new employees in all business units (Corporate Office and Unit Hospital).
• Responsible for analyzing Compensation and Benefits for new employees based on policy and procedures. 
• Define a fair, equitable, and competitive total Compensation and Benefits package to align with the company’s strategy and business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance Management / etc. from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Compensation and Benefits.
• Must have experience in salary negotiation with new employees.
• Familiarity with various types of incentives and Benefits.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Eager to learn and highly organized.
• Willing to be placed in Corporate Office, Serpong - South Tangerang
