Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Manage and supervise daily operations of the outlet, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and quality control to ensure the highest standards of service and cleanliness.
Customer Satisfaction: Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring an outstanding and memorable dining or shopping experience for every customer. Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a positive atmosphere within the outlet.
Team Leadership: Train and lead a high-performing team. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to staff members, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.
Sales and Revenue: Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets through effective marketing strategies, upselling techniques, and promotional events.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies. Implement and uphold hygiene standards to guarantee a safe and clean environment for both customers and staff.
Financial Management: Monitor and manage the outlet's budget, expenses, and financial performance. Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in restaurant or retail management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and enhancing operational efficiency.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, including trends, customer preferences, and health-conscious dining.
Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze and solve problems in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
