AlamatRequirement
- Education: Relevant educational background in Food Technology, Food Processing Packaging Technical, Packaging Specific, Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceutical and related field
- Language: MUST actively communicate in English
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Packaging Development experience in the FMCG industry.
- Mastering Pack Material Process: Flexible Packaging Film (single and multi-layer), Metal (tin) packaging, Box and Corrugated Box.
- Advance in Packaging Design Software skills: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop for Pre-Press application
- Broader knowledge of technical and Packaging Material specification for costing identification of Co-Man both local and overseas projects
- Having strong technical leadership, able to lead internally and cross-functionally
- Able to handle cross-functional coordination, work within a team, lead a team, and be an effective team player
- Having good project management skills and comfort in working under pressure with multiple projects
- Good negotiation, problem-solving solving, and decision-making skills
