Job Description :
- Set up PCP plan base on process card and PFMEA analysis ( Implemented & Update)
- Regular check base on pcp implementation ( such as film build checking, NVH, parameter validation, etc. ) to ensure stable process and output. Adjust and validate process to trouble shoot for any problems.
- Set up indirect material & tooling stock with make coordination with other related section , for production use. Search ( finding ), doing trial with production side for proper materials and lower down cost.
- Develop process documents, PFMEA documents for new models
- Jigs/tooling development for new model.
- Process validation and commissioning for new models.
