The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Have a minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) education qualification
- Have the related working experience in Account Executive/Account Manager is preferred
- Have experience in leading a team
- Outstanding communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & verbal)
- Enjoy interacting with partners and cross function department
- Excellent in problem solving, data analysis and leadership
- Able to work under pressure at a dynamic & fast pace working environment
- High attention to details, organized and dependable
- Can operate in excel / Gsheet & Powerpoint / Gslide
