People And Organization Development Specialist

Vasanta Group is currently looking for “People and Organization Development Specialist” with details as below

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement effective organizational development strategies to enhance overall efficiency and employee engagement.
2. Conduct thorough organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted interventions.
3. Facilitate training programs to foster professional development, leadership skills, and a positive workplace culture.
4. Collaborate with department heads to align individual and team goals with organizational objectives.
5. Drive initiatives to enhance employee retention, satisfaction, and overall organizational effectiveness.
6. Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing HR processes to optimize talent management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years proven experience in organizational development, change management, and talent management.
3. Strong understanding of learning and development principles, with the ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all organizational levels.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess organizational needs and implement strategic solutions.
6. Proactive and adaptable, with a commitment to driving continuous improvement in organizational and people development.
