Job Description:
Handle mass recruitment process for SPX Express Mitra Riders and Drivers with scope of work such as; sourcing, screening, and interviewing the candidates.
Coordinate with the stakeholder to ensure the recruitment is fulfilled on time.
General administration duties.
Requirement: 
Bachelor's degree from Psychology or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Self driven and highly motivated.
Willing to be placed at Bengkulu area and with full 5 working days WFO.
Willing to be employed under contract by 3 months.
Having previous working experience in recruitment for a maximum of 1 year would be advantageous.
