Job Description:
- Ensure a smooth onboarding for our new hires and employees
- Coordinate and implement changes in people-related operations to support business growth
- Work closely with local and regional stakeholders to develop and streamline HR operation processes
- Assist with shared services operations including preparation of employment contracts, work pass applications, etc
- Utilize data and insights to scale existing processes for growing and/or changing user needs
- Review HR policies, guidelines, and processes, and support ad-hoc HR-related projects with the HRBP Team
- Provide support for benefits and welfare administration (e.g. off-in-lieu tracking & reporting, campaign welfare support)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of related working experience
- Highly adaptable and able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Organized and meticulous, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving and result orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
- Good knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive)
