Job Descriptions:
- Plan, organize, and execute digital marketing activities in all platforms.
- Create a strategy and experience to increase conversion rates on the website, socmed, marketplace, etc.
- Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms, including search engines, social media, display networks, and video platforms.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as digital marketer/Performance Marketing is a must (highly need)
- Extensive knowledge of various digital advertising platforms, including Tiktok Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Facebook Business Manager.
- Excellent analytical skills and communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
