Main Responsibilities :
- Measure, plan & execute digital marketing activities such as on Facebook Ads, Google Search, Display, Video & other digital marketing platforms
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI across all campaigns
- Maintain budget & control performance of digital marketing activities including campaign performance, content performance, creative performance and video
- Able to generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other objective initiatives
- Provide insights about campaign / ads performance and work closely with the other team as well as external partners to ensure best practices are implemented, execution is aligned, and campaign performance is optimised toward expected results
Requirements :
- Must be fluent in English verbally and written
- Eager to learn with a can-do, positive attitude and self-starting mentality
- Strong analytical thinking, skilled in data-driven quantitative work, excellent ability to spot patterns and interpret data into actionable insights
- Team player who is able to work on dynamic environment that requires own thinking, taking initiatives and problem-solving, equipped with strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fresh graduates or professionals with less than 2 years of experience are welcome to apply (quantitative background such as engineering, maths, physics is a strong plus)
- Well-versed in Performance Marketing, conversion journey, and online customer acquisition
- Have a basic understanding of Facebook Ads, Google AdWords platform and Google Analytics is a strong plus
