Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing Performance Marketing campaigns, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suites, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and data-driven insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for cars and the automotive industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Performance Marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, and WhatsApp marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to identify insights, optimize campaign performance, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to optimize campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Support ads-copywriting and SEO activities with external agencies to align with overall marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics teams, to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Performance Marketing, and incorporate them into our strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign performance and effectiveness.
