Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting potential customers, making product presentations, following up on leads, and closing deals. Additionally, the Sales Manager will handle related sales administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and value of our products.
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly, maintaining a high level of customer engagement.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Manage sales administration tasks, including updating CRM systems, preparing sales reports, and handling contract agreements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in the food industry.
Proven sales track record, with the ability to demonstrate how targets were met in the past.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
