Planning & Monitoring Analyst

Description

1. Responsible for managing and coordinating activities related to short-term planning for the development of existing business units in the company.
2. Coordination related to ongoing projects and operational activities in the company's business units.
3. Coordination related to market research and business research in the company, both for new business development and current business.
4. Monitoring plans and implementation in operations, analyzing and controlling the achievements of each business unit.
5. Analyze data and make recommendations based on findings.
6. Review information and provide feedback to management regarding efficiency improvements.
7. Develop KPI with the operational team
8. Create a budget related to existing business development activities in the company, monitor and carry out evaluations related to its implementation to ensure that there is no over budget.
9. Create strategic planning to minimize deviations.

Qualification

• Maximum age 45 years.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree from a reputable university, preferably with Accounting/Management.
• At least 5 years of work experience as a Business Development Manager/ Planning Analyst/ Monitoring Analyst/ Senior Auditor.
• Able to carry out accurate data analysis.
• Strategic thinking ability.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent project management and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian, English (must) and Hokkien or Mandarin (plus).
• Have Brevet A & B (plus).
