Platform Excellence Lead

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Data, and cross-functional teams to influence, support, and execute product strategy and investment decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Data & Product team to reduce decision making process and insights generation process TAT by establishing data tracker in app and dashboard to monitor business performance.
• Ensure that business decision making process are comply with the standard
  

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. Preferably majoring in Business/Economics/Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years working experience in business analysis and process improvement related field
• Systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
• Enjoy working with numbers
• Strong and enthusiastic team player with a growth mindset and also a can-do attitude
• Basic/Intermediate data analysis skills using Excel or Google Spreadsheet
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus point
