Job Description :

1. Accompany salespeople on visits to prospects and customers sites.
2. Deliver presentations and product demonstrations if needed that require more in-depth knowledge than the salesperson can provide.
3. Manage the sales bid process, responding to RFI’s and RFP’s when customer or prospect puts out an opportunity ‘out to tender’, proposal writing.
4. Respond to technical questions about the product or related infrastructure.
5. Liaise with principals to provide feedback from customers about product requirements; or ideas to help them innovate or stay ahead of where the market is going.
6. Carry out research to stay ahead which includes understanding the current and future market, product(s) and the competitor landscape.
7. Exploring partnering options.
8. Competitor analysis and market scanning.
9. Marketing support - Flyers, Whitepapers
