Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Engineer at Performa Optima Group located in Tangerang. The Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, engaging in presales activities, participating in sales processes, overseeing integration activities, conducting technical consultations with potential clients, creating and presenting technical product demonstrations, collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth, and providing technical support to clients as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Integration skills
• Experience in presales and sales
• Knowledge of surveillance and security products
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• We don't really care about your degree. but if you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field it will be advantageous, but its not mandatory.
• Relevant certifications in the field are a plus
