Senior Site Engineer

Job Description
1. Review construction plans and create a competitive schedule for the project.
2. Managing and oversee the entire construction process, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
3. Ensure that all the needed materials, workers, and equipment are ready to work.
4. Pay close attention that all job sites are in compliance with safety rules and regulations.
5. Coordinate with contractors and construction workers to ensure that the construction tasks are completed on time and in the necessary order.
6. Track inventory.
7. Prepare and manage all reports needed for the completion of a project.
8. Ensure that correct and safe construction practices are being used during construction.
Job Qualification
1. Minimum education: Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
2. Minimum 5 years work experience as Senior Construction Manager
3. Past work experience as a construction manager is strongly preferred
4. In-depth knowledge of a variety of construction methods and practices
5. Up-to-date knowledge of all rules and regulations construction
6. Able to look forward to mitigating risks and crisis
7. Must be a strong leader and communicator
8. Must possess superb time management and planning skills
9. Superb at making task management
10. SKA LEVEL 9
(Subclassification):
Geotechnical and foundation subclassification; or
Offshore building subclassification; or
Mechanical engineering subclassification; or
Construction safety subclassification; or
Construction management/project management subclassification.)
