Role Overview:

As a principal ESG consultant with extensive experience, you will lead and guide organizations in developing and implementing advanced environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies. Your role is to provide expert insights, drive innovation, and ensure that clients achieve excellence in sustainable and responsible business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape clients' ESG initiatives to align with long-term business objectives.
• Implement innovative approaches to enhance sustainability practices.
• Understand unique client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Maintain robust and lasting partnerships with clients.
• Keep abreast of ESG trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Contribute to industry knowledge via articles, webinars, and conferences.
• Foster an innovative team culture, drive excellence in consulting services, and oversee report development and compliance.

Requirements:

• Possess a Master's or advanced degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
• Accumulate a minimum of 15 years of experience in ESG consulting, sustainability leadership, or a related field.
  Demonstrate leadership experience, preferably in leading ESG consulting teams.
• Showcase a proven ability to develop and execute strategic ESG plans that drive positive organizational impact.
• Maintain a track record of successfully managing key client relationships and delivering value-added solutions.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of global ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting requirements.
• Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ESG concepts to diverse audiences.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
