Bentuk pekerjaan- To lead PROCESS ENGINEERing for daily, weekly and monthly activities with following the procedure
- Responsible to plan routine maintenance schedule
- Responsible to ensure proper and appropriate production machine maintenance is done and following the plan
- To monitor the machine calibration schedule in order to inform and notify to customer's respective tech team
- Responsible to ensure the tech team is well implementation 5S in work place
- Responsible to involve in customer complaints investigation with feedback the appropriate CA PA which related with machine failure
- Continuous improvement for production machine and jig/fixture use in order to achieve the Quality, Cost saving and Defect Reduction
- Analyze the Production defect from Production Daily Inspection Report and set the improvement plan in order to reduce line defect
- To communicate with and feedback to customer PROCESS ENGINEERing for any issues related with machine
- As one the production PFMEA Team member
- To yearly review/update the Engineering department's PFMEA with the team
- To assist QA in their quality improvement plan
- Responsible to up-grade the skill of technical team in line with technological advances.
