Process Engineer/ Industrial Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Develop and improve prototype PCBA Run, Define the Method, Calculate   Production Capacity & Machine Utilization for mass productions.

  2. Define the improvement activities for product structure design &                         manufacturing process to improve product quality and improve efficiency.

  3. Evaluate worker productivity and recommend improvements to increase           manpower efficiency and operating performance/ OLE, reduce waste and         delays, and promote cost control/reductions.

  4. Follow and analyze the actual situation vs forecast/ MPS and vs Budget/           CTB Risk on a monthly basis and identify the equipment and process               bottlenecks/ OEE to be improved.

   5. Perform internal and external technical coordination and manage                      technical change implementation with all development team

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Ability to create and analyze statistical data, PFMEA and process mapping
2. Strong understanding of cost, quality, and product performance
3. Strong analytical skills
4. Min. 3 years working experience in related field
5. Able to communicate in English
6. Bachelor/ Diploma in Electronics and Industrial Engineering
