Currently, they are looking for Procurement Assistant Manager to source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers regarding their day to day operational.
Job Description
Performing all procurement processes; sourcing, negotiating, supplier selecting, issuing purchase orders and reporting relating to operational needs, maintenance, warehouse/facility supplies, and others expensesWorking closely with other departments to consolidate all requirements for the sourcing planEnsuring in the integrity of suppliers and ensuring all purchases are cost-effective and based on the most beneficial terms of paymentGuaranteeing compliance with the company's code of conduct, purchasing policy, and associated protocols throughout procurement activitiesMonitoring and reviewing progress regularly to generate procurement reports The Successful Applicant Bachelor's Degree in business management, supply chain, engineering, finance or related fields7 to 10 years of experience in procurement managementExperience in data analytic processing is an advantageStrong leadership skillsGood command of spoken and written English What's on Offer Competitive SalaryAll-inclusive work environment with high level of work recognitionImpactful Role
