Qualifications & experience
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Law/Business studies / Administration / Management, or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the Procurement Contract/ legal field is required for this position. having knowledge regarding oil & gas procurement and PTK 007 regulation will be preferred
- Possess good communications and negotiation skills
- Able to operate computer (proficient in Ms. Excel)
Tasks & responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and execute a wide variety of contracts within suppliers
- Organized and monitor active contracts, actively reminding of soon-to-be expired contracts and legal documents
- Expedite and monitor contract circulation between users and suppliers to be agreed upon by both parties
- Support contractual issues, including technical evaluation
- Perform administration and manage contract documentation
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies by conducting required functional reviews and providing guidance
- Have a strong attention to detail
