Procurement Staff

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree (preferably engineer)
2. Minimum 1 year experience as a Procurement. Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply
3. Able to work as a team and individual
4. Have a good communication
5. Proactive and honest
6. MS. Office

Job Description:

1. Sources reliable supplier
2. Coordinates with the user for the specification of the item offered
3. Obtains quotation for the requested purchased item
4. Does the initial negotiation for the quote
5. Creates Purchase Order - PO for purchase
6. Obtains approval of the PO
7. Follows up the delivery with the supplier for the purchased item
8. Follows up the payment to the supplier
9. Monitors the importation documents and procedure
