"Alfred in Bali" is looking for Accounting Staff and Tax Officer Staff.
Accounting Duties and Responsibilities
- Update, verify and maintain financial records.
- Assist in reporting procedures.
- Cross check accounting datas.
- Liaise with other departments/customers/vendors.
Tax Officer Duties and Responsibilities :
• Prepare tax returns, payments, necessary documents, and reports
• Assess and research tax issues
• Manage and maintain the company's tax database
• Determine tax savings and recommend strategies to increase profits
• Ensure the company complies with regulations by forwarding information from the government
• Track industry trends and Tax-related changes
• Prepare tax reports
• Experience in villa taxes declaration and villa accounting
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Economics
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office especially Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)
- Good understanding of Income audit and Purchasing
- Time-management and organization skills
- Be diligent, dynamic, self-motivated, able to work independently or team
- Able to join immediately
