Product Consultant in B2B Field. You will work closely with specific foundations and the schools under it, to ensure the process of them using aimsis going smooth and hassle-free.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for schools and yayasan under your responsibility
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with the schools and foundations
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts people and customer stakeholders within schools and yayasan
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
