Product Development Specialist  

Coxers is on the lookout for a talented and driven Product Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping our product offerings, ensuring they align with market trends, customer needs, and our commitment to quality and sustainability.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor products, and customer preferences in the arts and crafts industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and manufacturing, to conceptualize and develop new and innovative art supplies and crafting materials.
• Manage the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and prototyping to production and launch.
• Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality materials and ensure product quality meets Coxers' standards.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to iterate and improve existing products.
• Stay informed about advancements in materials, technologies, and techniques relevant to arts and crafts.
