Job Description
Work with various teams (Product, Data, Engineering, Marketing, and Market and Partnership teams) to build a scalable supply system to serve our markets. This entails a deep understanding of existing standard operating procedures (‘SOP’) and system as well as our products.
Collaborate with cross-functional team to achieve product vision and roadmap for Travel Activities Supply
Support SOP and implementation across teams for a scalable supply system.
Support Product team in feature development, for example by creating a Product Requirement Document (PRD).
Suggest actions and improvement opportunities based on company's goals, user's pain points, and competitive gaps.
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
Monitor the key metrics of the products / features owned by the person
Work closely with data team in conducting regular analysis and deep dive on the products / features’ performance
Stay updated on industry developments to drive data-driven decision making
Requirements
- Currently studying in a reputable university majoring in STEM or Technical / Engineering background (e.g. Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial, etc) or business majors
- Must be an analytical thinker and a problem solver. Can think, effectively operate, showcase can-do attitude under pressure.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidate must be able to read, write, and speak in English.
- Familiar using Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite.
- Able to prioritize and work on several projects / initiatives simultaneously
- Able to think creatively to come up with new solutions
- Willingness to learn technical systems.
