• Build new user guide documentation• Train trainer team & stakeholders• Answer customer questions and provide solutions• Escalate unknown issues to product management• Create tickets for reported bugs• Collect and inform users' feedback• Work collaboratively and pay attention to detail
Requirements
• Minimum one year of product ops experience• Good team working and analytical skills• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field• Experience in logistics company is a plus
