Mission

Learn & Practice on how to do settings and improvements of the machines, equipment's, processes, jigs & tooling's of its perimeter to achieve
QCDM’s targets, maximizing the equipment availability.

Responsibilities

SAFETY / ENVIRONNEMENT :
- Learn & Practice on how to Permanently detect safety risks and react.
- Learn & Practice on how to Apply Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedure with rigor.
- Learn & Practice on how to Ensure respect of all standards in terms of environment, health and safety risks prevention compliant with the HSE
(Health, Safety, Environment) system. Manage applicable sections of Safety,

Quality & Environment site’s Policy.
- Learn & Practice on how to Ensure respect of all safety rules and PPE usage during all intervention on processes.
- Learn & Practice on how to Fill QRAP board on safety issues and alert leader or supervisor.
- Learn & Practice on how to Lead safety conformity actions on production equipment.
- Learn & Practice on how to Lead procedures respect from any workshop operator (especially on safety and quality rules).

PRODUCTION :
- Learn & Practice on how to Ensure part production in respect to safety, quality, schedule, cost and volume
- Learn & Practice on how to Ensure line setting and tuning to respect defined quality standards 1st, immediately followed by the productivity.
- Learn & Practice on how to Ensure Ok Start for production lines and open QRAP when needed
- Learn & Practice on how to When needed, replace resources and operators
- Learn & Practice on how to Prepare & participate to Changeovers in order to reduce changeover time.
- Learn & Practice on how to Act to avoid production disruption due to organization malfunctions.

QUALITY :
- Learn & Practice on how to Ensure respect of all quality standards to guarantee our customers, products and services conformity
- Learn & Practice on how to Fill QRAP board with quality or process concerns and follow scrap evolution (5 hours). Apply 5 Why methodology
for problem solving
- Learn & Practice on how to Control production line status and react accordingly when maintenance is required

MAINTENANCE :
- Learn & Practice on how to Analyse defects or breakdowns and lead corrective actions; escalate in case of need.
- Learn & Practice on how to Ensure first and second level maintenance, anticipate maintenance interventions, alert leaders or supervisors when
production deviation
- Learn & Practice on how to Support breakdown maintenance resources
- Learn & Practice on how to Fill maintenance intervention requests
- Learn & Practice on how to Realise equipment and process verification prior to start-up
- Learn & Practice on how to Applies ERIM, make it run + detect and solve red tags.

COMMUNICATION / INVOLVEMENT / ANIMATION / CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Learn & Practice on how to Inform leader or supervisor when technical or quality deviation
- Learn & Practice on how to Welcome and train new comers (setters) using training schedule (Work instruction)
- Learn & Practice on how to Systematically alert electrical or mechanical maintenance department in case of breakdown
- Learn & Practice on how to Ensure and maintain 5S in his area
- Learn & Practice on how to Create and realize Improvement Proposals to improve
