Job Description- Create an application concept based on OMNI Channels and AI to support contact center operational needs.
- Develop OMNI Channels and AI applications.
- Guide and direct team to carry out the programmer job descriptions.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree of Information Technology/Computer Science.
- Experience as a programmer 3 to 5 years ( OMNI channel and AI plus points).
- Proficient in computer programming algorithms.
- Proficient in various programming languages, databases, & AI.
- Deep knowledge of microservices.
