Job Overview
A skilled programmer to design and install controller system software for retrofit automation. He/she will be analyzing system requirements, writing and installing custom programmable logic code, testing system efficiency, and providing operational support. To ensure success as a machine /PLC & HMI program, he/she should have excellent knowledge of machine mechanics, a logical approach, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A skilled machine/PLC & HMI programmer should be able to easily identify and design a robust program fit for any mechanical or electrical purpose.
Job Responsibilities
- Meeting with stakeholders to discuss their mechanical or electrical automation needs.
- Drawing electrical or mechanical schematics to demonstrate how processes will work.
- Developing and installing machine programs using automation software and custom coding languages.
- Testing automated systems for efficiency, safety, and reliability.
- Troubleshooting system errors, overseeing the successful installation of PLC & HMI programs.
- Documenting development processes and providing technical support.
Qualifications
- Having SIM A (Car Driving License)
- Degree (S1) Mechatronics Engineering / Physics, max 2 years experience.
- Proven work experience in project management is preferable.
- Understand software programming Siemens PLC and WinCC Safety is a must , other brand will be added advantage AB, Scheneider, etc.
- Hands-on experience in problem solving tools and Failure analysis.
- Good English verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation and report writing skill.
