Job Description:
Pre-Sales and Project Development:
- Identify customer needs and pain points: Understand the customer's business processes, automation challenges, and desired outcomes.
- Propose solutions: Recommend Rockwell Automation products and systems that address the customer's needs, considering factors like budget, existing infrastructure, and scalability.
- Develop project proposals: Create detailed proposals outlining the scope of work, timeline, estimated costs, and expected benefits.
- Present solutions to customers: Effectively communicate the value proposition of Rockwell Automation products and demonstrate how they can solve the customer's problems.
Technical Expertise and Support:
- Provide technical guidance: Advise customers on product selection, system configuration, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and deliver training: Train customer personnel on the operation and maintenance of Rockwell Automation products and systems.
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies: Maintain knowledge of the latest Rockwell Automation products and solutions through ongoing training and certification programs.
- Collaborate with Rockwell Automation: Work closely with Rockwell Automation representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve technical issues.

- Report and analyze data: Collect and analyze data from customer systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize performance.
